Basic Reports

Our Basic Reports consist of 6 reports that give operators immediate access to significant performance metrics in operations. Half of the basic reports are cumulative reports based on a variety of data and the remaining reports are dedicated to the largest controllable cost in operations—labor.

Cumulative Reports -

	Flash Report - The Flash Report is a day-by-day presentation of key metrics according to a user-selected time frame. If you notice something that needs closer examination you can access the DSR for that day of business directly from this report. Payment and Reconcilation Report - A summary of sales and payment information for a selected time period.
	Comparative Report - The comparative report allows users to compare selected stores or regions against each other and against themselves over prior time frames.

Labor Reports -

Labor by Job Class - The Labor by Job Class Report is a day by day listing of labor broken down by job classes. This report shows how labor dollars are allocated across your job classes.

Payroll Report - The Payroll Report details each employee’s payroll information including each day worked, job class, regular hours, regular wage, regular pay, overtime hours, overtime pay and tips by pay period.

Overtime Report - This report is a weekly cumulative report of hours worked by employee.
