If contacting us regarding a support issue, Managed Data Group will respond within two (2) hours of an initial request for support received by 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. on a business day. If an initial request for support is received after 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. on a business day, we will respond by 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. on the following business day. |
