Reporting Tools
The Reports tab allows you to toggle between Basic and Advanced reports. Via our easy-to-use interface, each dinePoint™ report is generated with step-by-step prompts.
Basic Reports
Our Basic Reports consist of what we consider to be the basic essentials of operational data. The Cumulative reports section includes the at-a-glance overview Flash Report, the Payment and Reconciliation Report, and the Comparative Report which allows you to generate a side-by-side comparison of any selected stores or regions, or compare a single store against itself from a prior time frame. The Labor reports are divided into Labor by Job Class, Payroll Report, and Overtime Report, giving you several views of where your labor dollars go and the ability to reduce your labor expenses.
Advanced Reporting
The advanced reporting module consists of a variety of more flexible, detailed reports that allow users to slice and dice information in a detailed fashion. Users can view information by time interval, revenue center, server, comparatively, and more. We even give you the ability create your own reports. dinePoint™ offers these advanced reporting tabs to manage your business easily and efficiently, each with a variety of versatile associated reports:
Favorites
Save report parameters to make running frequently used reports even easier.
Key Metrics
Immediately know which locations are performing above or below average according to industry standard metrics. If you find a problem, you can examine details of high-risk transactions such as voids or comps.
Labor
Your highest controllable expense is labor. Manage both your labor costs and your employee productivity with these powerful reports.
Product Mix
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, specials, server contests and more with our Product Mix Reporting. You can even compare across date ranges and entities.
Revenue Center
Sometimes you want to take a closer look at how the bar and terrace are doing as compared to the main dining room. So when you need to know what is selling and where, use our Revenue Center Reports.
